About North of Right
North of Right is a one-person infrastructure practice run by Seth Aho, based in Cottage Grove, MN. After 15 years as a software engineer, Seth started North of Right to do one thing well: build and manage secure, fast, static websites for small businesses that depend on their site to bring in work.
The focus is on law firms and contractor businesses — two types of clients where reliable intake and a stable technical foundation have a direct impact on the work they bring in.
The work
Every site is built on a static-first stack — Astro and Cloudflare Pages — with no WordPress, no plugins, and no stored client data. Contact forms route directly to your inbox. You own your domain and your code from day one.

Seth has lived in Cottage Grove for over five years and is familiar with the businesses and community that make up the Twin Cities south suburbs.
