Built for roofers.
Roofing website design that works when the calls come in.
A fast site that covers the towns you serve and sends every form straight to your inbox.
Your domain, your content and your leads stay in your name. Builds are a flat $1,500 and hosting runs $45 a month.
What a roofing website has to do
Someone with water coming through a bedroom ceiling is not browsing. They are on a phone. They have pulled up two or three roofers and they are calling whoever looks like they can get there. Your site has to answer two things fast: whether you do this work and whether you cover their town.
Service area matters more in roofing than in most trades. Drive time and insurance work make it real. Name the towns you cover. A homeowner two counties over is not a lead you want, and spelling out your area saves you both the call.
The other thing that breaks is the contact form. Most run through a third-party service, and when one goes down the submissions stop without an error. You find out when a slow week turns into a slow month. I monitor form delivery so a failure gets caught.
What you get
Pages for the work you sell
Roof replacement, repair, storm damage and gutters are different searches and different customers. Each one can have its own page instead of a line on a services list.
Your service area in writing
The towns you cover go on the site in plain text where a homeowner and a search engine can both read them. No guessing about what counts as the greater metro area.
Leads land in your inbox
Forms go straight to your email. Nothing sits in a dashboard you have to log into or a database somebody else owns. I watch delivery so you know submissions are arriving.
You own all of it
Your domain, your content and your leads are yours from day one. If you leave, you take a working copy with you and nothing stops running while you move.
Pages a roofing company needs
The $1,500 build covers five pages: home, services, service area, about and contact. That is the base for any business I build for.
Roofing splits into separate searches. Roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage and gutters are four different queries with four different customers behind them. Each one you want to show up for needs its own page. Additional pages are $100 each.
A common roofing setup:
- The five base pages
- Roof replacement
- Roof repair
- Storm and hail damage
- Gutters
That is four extra pages, so $1,900 total.
If you want more than that, the eight-page bundle is $700. Eight extra pages for the price of seven, which puts a thirteen-page site at $2,200. That is the point where city pages for each town you cover start making sense.
Hosting and upkeep is $45 a month after launch either way.
Where I work
North of Right is based in Cottage Grove. I work with contractors across the east metro: Woodbury, Oakdale, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, White Bear Lake, Maplewood, Newport and Hastings, plus the wider Twin Cities.
Logmark Clearing runs on this same setup and is live now. It loads fast and the contact form is monitored the same way yours would be. That is what $45 a month buys.
Common questions
How much does a roofing website cost?
A flat $1,500 for the five base pages, plus $100 for each additional service page. A typical roofing build with pages for replacement, repair, storm damage and gutters comes to $1,900. If you want eight or more extra pages, the bundle is $700, which puts a thirteen-page site at $2,200. Hosting and upkeep is $45 a month after that. You get the price in writing before I start.
Do I need a separate page for each roofing service?
Not always. If most of your work is replacement, one strong services page can carry it. If you want to show up for repair and storm damage as their own searches, those need their own pages. I will tell you which ones are worth it for what you actually sell.
How do you handle my service area?
You give me the towns and the drive radius you actually work. Those go on a service area page and into the site's structured data so search engines read them the same way a homeowner does. If you add a town later, that is a small update covered by the monthly plan.
